Printing a Value Added Analysis Report
Once you have entered all of the required information needed to generate a Value Added Analysis Report, command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.
The following information appears on the report when printed:
- Type Raw Material – The raw material item of the transaction on production type cost adjustments
- Finished Good – The finished good item of the transaction on production type cost adjustments
- Actual Weight – The actual weight of the item used to calculate the adjustment
- Actual Value – The actual value added to inventory
- Actual per/lb – The actual per/lb amount calculated as:
actual value divided by actual weight
- Current Standard Value – The production cost adjustment based on the current standard or bill of material calculated as:
standard per/lb multiplied by actual weight
- Current Standard per/lb – The current production cost adjustment per/lb standard as calculated on the bill of materials.
